If you're making a den in the garden, perhaps peg sheets to tree branches to create a makeshift tent, and lay blankets and cushions on the ground so that it's extra‐cosy. You could also provide some activities for the children to enjoy inside – some pens and paper, a pile of books, boardgames etc.
